Priscilla BrownJessica and Ali were absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment we spoke on the phone to our zoom call to set things up. They had amazing customer service. They were both extremely helpful and extremely kind. They answered every question I had honestly and made sure that it was specific to my home and my HOA. I was extremely impressed with the amount of research that they did beforehand that I asked them to do and and they followed through. They are such valuable assets to your organization. They are the reasons I chose this company.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Priscilla Brown

JoAnne TeelCourtney was great to work with. She was courteous, kind and patient with our long list of questions and fears. She didn’t hesitate in responding. She is positive to your company.Thank you!Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by JoAnne Teel
Christopher SchankGreat experience with Lumina solar!!!! From our initial introduction/ first experience to installation everything has been positive. Our sales rep, Fanus Coetzee, was honest and helped design a system perfect for our needs unlike other companies who simply tried to upsell us. He answered all my questions and was always available. As the first contact with the company, he made a positive impact. The installation process was positive as well. The installation team and electrition were punctual, polite, respectful of our property, cleaned up for themselves and were efficient. I have seen other solar installs with metal conduit all over ones roof and it looks sloppy. We have only a small piece extending down from soffit and nothing visible on the roof. I would highly recommend.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Christopher Schank
Rich FatzingerI evaluated a number of different solar companies. Some impressed me. Some did not, but then I spoke with a friend who “strongly recommended” contacting Phillip Jordan with Lumina Solar. I am so glad that I did because my experience with Phil and Lumina was incredible from start to finish. The contracting process was seemless. Their pricing was in line with the other Solar providers I was speaking to, and Lumina actually used a higher rated panel. Lumina handled all of the township permitting/inspection process, which also was a very simple process. When it was time for install, there were 3 or 4 guys who came and installed all 35 of my panels in one day. They were very courteous and made sure I was properly informed and was able to provide input in any important decisions regarding aesthetics or function. My system is now turned on by my power company and it is meeting the performance specifications I was told to expect. Long story short, this has been by far my best experience with any contractor/installer I have ever had, regardless of the type of contractor/installer. I would be happy to answer any questions from anyone considering Solar.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Rich Fatzinger

Think of the sun as a ruthless artist, painting your rooftop with streams of energy. Not all canvases are produced equivalent. In Lebanon County Pennsylvania, where solar irradiance dances with seasonal shifts, creating a domestic solar power system demands more than just slapping panels on a roofing system. The subtle art lies in recording maximum sunlight while navigating the peculiarities of regional weather and architectural nuances.

The Puzzle of Orientation and Tilt

What if I informed you that a few degrees difference in panel tilt could mean the distinction in between a power-packed year and a disappointing output? Lebanon County Pennsylvania's latitude recommends a tilt angle close to 30-40 degrees, however don't rush-- elements like roof pitch, shading from towering trees, and even chimney shadows can significantly skew performance.

  • South-facing roofs are ideal, but east or west can still yield respectable energy if optimized.
  • Changing panel angles seasonally isn't useful for a lot of house owners, yet fixed installs should be picked sensibly.
  • Partial shading, even from a thin branch, triggers out of proportion drops in output-- microinverters or power optimizers can alleviate this effect.
